SHIPPING RATES: we ship worldwide via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS

All orders are sent 2nd class recorded

UK: flat rate £4.20 and usually takes 2 - 5 working days 

EUROPE: from £10.50 5 - 10 days

REST OF THE WORLD: from £12.95 5 - 21 days

* please note that all shipping costs on orders outside of the UK are based on weight, the above is the minimum price for lighter items, heavier items such as ceramics will be a little more expensive to ship, we hope you understand, thank you.

All our packages are sent 2nd class recorded, which means they need to be signed for. If you are not in at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at your local post depot waiting for you to collect, if its not collected after two weeks, your parcel will be sent back to YOUNG DOUBLE, if this happens you will have to pay the postage again before we ship your goods back out to you.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Sadly we have no say over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you require further information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS: if you wish to return anything to us please contact us before you ship your item back to us [ [email protected]] All items must be send back within 30 days of purchase and must be in resale-able condition and in the original packaging. All returns costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the item was shipped damaged or incorrect. 

DAMAGED GOODS: if you have received an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so we can help you and hopefully find you a replacement. 

WORKSHOP REFUNDS: we do not refund workshops, but we are happy to move you to another date or workshop.

MADE TO ORDER: please note that if you order items that are not [ MADE TO ORDER ] with items that are [ MADE TO ORDER ] all your items will be shipped together when the [ PRE ORDER ] item arrives.
